Dogs: A kennel is provided for your Dog (Lochside only)
Laundry: Laundry is washed and dried and usually if it is dropped off at the house in the evening it will be returned to you the following day.

Terms and Conditions
Please note:
- Deposits are non refundable and we ask for payment in full 14 working days before arrival date.
- Sorry, but at this time we can only accept cash or cheques or Paypal.
Electricity
- We have no mains electricity so we ask you switch the generator off when leaving the accomodation and at night when you retire (battery or solar powered lighting is provided for when the generator is off).
- The fridge's are gas operated.
- The main switch for the generator is located inside the front door for your convenience.
Pets
- We are a working smallholding with farm animals so it is important that all animals are kept on a lead and supervised at all times when away from accommodation & car park area
- To maintain a pleasant environment for all please clear up after your pet
Departure and Arrival
- Guest arrival from 15:00hrs
- Please call at Roughburn Cottages to collect you key and be escorted to your accomodation if reception is closed.
- Guests are requested to depart by 10:00 hrs on departure day
Smoking
- Sorry, but smoking is not permitted within the accommodation
Damages
- We hope you enjoy your stay and to ensure others can enjoy theirs we request you leave the accommodation in the same way you found it.
- All breakages will be charged for.
